Well, it took 4 days spread out over 2 weekends to get it done, but the new roof is installed. We went from a rubber roof to an aluminum roof and the results are fantastic. My son Randy, his friend James, and myself were the demo and install team. Randy hand fabricated the radiuses for the edges as the break that was available to us was too large. In all there are 8 sections. All damaged wood was replaced. All sections of the wood underlay were tabbed together and all seams and voids filled and covered prior to the aluminum being laid down. We installed a new fan and vent in the kitchen and 2 new a/c units. I was unable to figure out how to post pictures to this site, so here is the link to the pictures:
