Hello all! I just wanted to let the club know that I called Jellystone over the weekend just to see if anything has changed with their crazy prices and I guess they got enough complaints and have changed some things.
They no longer have the $6 per person/per day charge for the amenities. They have a basic package and all inclusive package. I only inquired about 50 amp service so I do not know how much 30 amp services are. Sorry! lol
The basic package for a family of 4 for 50 amp service is $45 per night. Basic means no amenities. You just come to camp and that's it.
All inclusive for a family of 4 for 50 amp service is $55 per night and you would get 4 wristbands so that you can use the pool, mini golf, water slide, lazy river, etc.
They still charge $5 per night for a golf cart.
And they still accept Good Sam discounts which takes 10% off.
So, again, I just wanted to let ya'll know especially those that have camped there recently and were unhappy w/their multiple charges for every little thing.
So, to some of you it may still sound expensive, but we have always enjoyed this park (especially Halloween trips) and the land that they have to drive around on your golf cart or atv's. Plus the new lazy river and splash pad looks like fun for the kiddos and even adults :)
We plan on camping there again now that they have changed their rates.
Happy Camping!!!

You are welcome!! I assume they got too many complaints and were losing a lot of business w/their ridiculous prices!
I can't wait for the next Halloween trip :)

Nicole, did they mention an up charge for holidays or was that one of the add-ons they got rid of?
